<p>为什么购票之前锁定座位了，还会出现购票失败的情况？</p>

<p>锁定座位是在网络售票系统中将座位锁定，而此时影院本地系统仍然可以售卖对应的座位。而最后买票的时候， 网售系统要与地面系统确认购票。因此，如果期间座位被影院售出，就会发生买票失败的情况。</p>

<p>购票失败后，所付款项会返还到账户余额中。</p>
|
|||
|
|
<p>您可以通过提前购票，错开购票高峰期的方式来降低这类情况出现的概率。</p>
